Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern access to and use of ezragarnettllc.com and any pages, features, content, and functionality made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Ezra Garnett LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Ezra Garnett LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you buy a product or service, the Terms of Service also apply. If you buy or participate in coaching, the Coaching Client Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site and all offerings are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent that you satisfy these requirements. The Site is not directed to children or minors.
2. Informational and Educational Purpose
Site content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not psychological or mental-health treatment, counseling, therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Site content does not create a coach-client, therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Ezra Garnett LLC is not operated by a licensed therapist or counselor. Although its owner has a sociology degree and real-world experience, those qualifications do not make the Company a licensed mental-health or healthcare provider. Do not delay or disregard professional care because of anything on the Site. If you are in crisis, at risk of harming yourself or another person, experiencing abuse or domestic violence, or facing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriately licensed professional.
3. Christian Perspective
The Site and our offerings are presented from a Christian perspective and may include biblical teaching, faith-based viewpoints, and recommendations intended to align with biblical standards. Your use of the Site is voluntary. You remain free to accept or reject any viewpoint or recommendation.
4. No Promised Outcomes
We do not promise or guarantee dates, matches, attraction, a relationship, engagement, marriage, reconciliation, or any particular result or timeline. Any reference to identifying a relationship with marriage potential “in as little as 30 days,” or similar language, describes an aspirational possibility and is not a promise that any user will obtain that outcome. Results vary based on personal effort, choices, circumstances, third parties, and factors outside our control.
Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences. They are not typical-result claims or guarantees of what you will achieve.
5. Dating Platforms and Third Parties
Ezra Garnett LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any dating application, social-media platform, or other third party unless expressly stated. We do not control third-party platforms, their availability, their rules, matches, users, or conduct. You are responsible for evaluating and safely interacting with people you meet. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, or misconduct of any third party.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. A link does not imply endorsement. Third-party terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, videos, audio, graphics, photographs, branding, course descriptions, frameworks, worksheets, downloads, designs, compilations, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Ezra Garnett LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Website Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view the Site for your personal, noncommercial use. No ownership rights are transferred.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
· copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Site content;
· use Site content to build, train, prompt, benchmark, or supply a competing product, course, dataset, or artificial-intelligence system;
· remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
· frame, mirror, scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or systematically extract Site content, except through ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our technical controls;
· use our names, logos, trademarks, or branding in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship; or
· exploit the Site or its content for a commercial purpose.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to:
violate any law or another person’s rights;
submit false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or malicious material;
impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data;
introduce malware or interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or operation;
collect personal information about others without authority;
vade access controls, usage limits, or payment requirements; or
assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.
We may restrict or terminate access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when we reasonably believe these Website Terms have been violated or action is necessary to protect people, rights, or systems.
8. User Submissions and Feedback
Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and use it only as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, respond to you, provide requested offerings, protect legal rights, and comply with law.
If you voluntarily provide ideas or general feedback, we may use them without compensation or restriction, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose confidential coaching information without permission. Testimonials, photos, recordings, screenshots, or identifiable success stories will not be used in marketing without separate permission.
9. Copyright Concerns
If you believe Site material infringes your copyright, send a notice to officialezragarnett@gmail.com identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information and may remove material in appropriate circumstances.
10. Site Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, complete, accurate, or error-free. We may correct errors and update content without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ezra Garnett LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezra Garnett LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, relationships, or emotional expectations; or harm arising from reliance on Site content or dealings with third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Ezra Garnett LLC arising from or related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid the Company for the specific offering giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, the maximum liability is US$100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct where applicable.
13. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ezra Garnett LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Website Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by the Company’s own unlawful conduct.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Florida law governs these Website Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The informal-resolution, binding-arbitration, small-claims, class-action-waiver, and jury-trial-waiver provisions in Section 19 of the Terms of Service are incorporated into these Website Terms. Please review them carefully; they affect legal rights. Nothing in these Website Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right or a government agency’s authority.
15. Changes to These Website Terms
We may revise these Website Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. If a change materially affects a purchase already made, the version accepted for that purchase will continue to govern that transaction unless you agree otherwise or law requires otherwise.
16. General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business or relevant assets.
